What you need
- Docker Desktop and n8n

Setup takes about 15 minutes.
Good to know
- The pacing matters. Providers notice bursts of very similar mail, and a suspended account is a pain to recover.
- The app runs on your machine, but it is not offline. Emails and AI requests still go over the network.
Questions
Will my Gmail get flagged?
No tool can promise that. ColdMail sends one email at a time, minutes apart, with a daily cap. It does not send big bursts of near-identical mail.
Do I need Google Sheets?
No. Keep your list on this machine as a CSV, or use a Google Sheet if you want to edit it elsewhere.
Does it work offline?
No. It runs on your machine, but the emails go out over the network and the model writes them in the cloud.
Can it attach my resume?
Yes, when you want it to.
